Why we use tin box for packing chocolate? First of all, it can be made into different shapes. This box has two parts, one is tin box part, and the other is plastic bracket. Since this round tin height is 90mm, normal punching machine is not working for this box. It must be punched by hydraulic machine whose weight is 275 tons while normally the punching machine is just 16 or 25 tons.

Above the printing, there is a protection layer which we call varnish or finish. We have glossing varnish, matt varnish, glossing & matt finish, wrinkle varnish, crackle finish, rubber finish, pearl ink finish, orange peel finish, etc. Any finish you prefer, we can make it for you.

If you need embossing on your tin box, we could make embossing tooling according to your requirements.
